How are you?
Thank you for lovely card which Uncle Murray was able to bring back to New Zealand .
Yes Pee Jah was staying with us when her sister Pee Ronnie got married.
It was so nice that Pee Jah (Averil) was able to come over from Alaska with her husband Jeff and their little baby Sophie.
Waffles and Yoghurt sound like a delicious breakfast.
My favourite breakfast is bacon and eggs.
Pee Ronnie and her new husband Jarrod,went on a big endurance ride yesterday.
They rode their horses 40 kilometers and both qualified.
They were very tired after the ride,but they were very happy also.
How is Jaharunee's little baby?
I guess she will be growing fast.
Did you know that Pee Jah's little baby Sophie will be 6 months old at the end of November.
She is also growing very fast.

Hello Debbie,
Thankyou for your delightful card,which Uncle Murray was able to bring back to New Zealand.It tells me all sorts of things about you.I see that you like to play with flowers.
I like to grow plants ,some of which are orchids.
They have very beautiful flowers.
You also said that your favourite food is pizza.
I have to admit that I like pizza as well.
In New Zealand the season is late Spring,and a lot of the gardens around Timaru,where I live ,have beautiful shrubs called Rhododendrons out in flower.
Some of the flowers are pink ,which is your favourite colour.
I think you would love seeing them.

Hi Sarah,
How are you.
During July,Auntie Linda and myself visited Pee Jeff and Pee Averil in Alaska.
We were vey excited as we would get to see our new grand daughter Sophie as well.
When we arrived,little Sophie was just 1 month old,but by the time we left ,she was nearly 2 months old.
Sophie was a very good baby and just before we left was beginning to smile a little.
Auntie Linda was so happy when Sophie smiled at her.
In Alaska we saw some grizzly bears and caribou(or reindeer) when we visited Denali National park.
We even saw a young Moose from our tour bus,which was very exciting.
Pee Jeff's Mom and Dad came to visit for a little while as well.
They took us on a cruise where we saw many beautiful glaciers.
Glaciers are like rivers of ice that are formed by hundreds of years of accumulated snow.
Some of the glaciers flow right into the sea.
When the big chunks of ice fall off,it is called calving.
It looks very spectacular.
Although Alaska is very cold in Winter,it can be quite warm in Summer.
Pee Averil and Pee Jeff live in Anchorage.
The summer temperatures felt a lot like our summer temperatures in New Zealand.
We have some more great news for you all as well.
On September 26th,Pee Ronnie will be getting married.
David will be very excited when he learns about that.

New baby

Hi Sarah,Debbie and all at BSF.
Sarah I trust you had a great birthday and got to do some good stuff.
It would be great to hear about how it went.
Auntie Linda and my BIG news is that your former teacher Pee Averil and her husband Jeff,
have a new baby girl.
We are really excited about the news as I guess you will all be when you read the blog site.
Any way ,they have called her Sophia Hope Coleman and she weighed 9lb 3oz at birth and measured 21 1/2 inches long.
She has some black hair and blue eyes.
I trust you are all doing good work for your new teacher Pee Rebecca.
