Hi Grace and all at Ban San Faan,
Hope this note finds you all well and enjoying school. I hope you all had a wonderful vacation. I am wondering what all you did for your time away from school.

We have been really busy lately fixing up uncle Pete's mothers house trying to get it ready to sell. There has been lots of work on it to get it ready as we had people in it renting it who did not take very good care of it, so much fixing up. We were finally able to get out doors yesterday and paint the outside. We are finally having some nice weather. It has been sunny and warm.

How is school going for you? What grade are you in this year and are you still going to school at the home were you live or are you going over at Molly's house?

We have been thinking about you a lot lately and are so looking forward to when we are able to make the trip over to see you. Our good friend and Marks sponsors will be over to see you all very soon, We will send a hug over with them. We would love to give you a hug ourselves but we do hope to come soon and when we do there will be hugs for everyone.
